Decluttering your belongings is the first step to downsizing your home! What exactly should one keep or let go of when decluttering to downsize? We don't want you to end up paying extra for storage or moving costs for items you no longer love, want, or need.

+ Pre-sale Home Prep

We work with you and the realtor to prepare your home for the real estate market.

We help determine the services you need to get your home successfully on the market, and we'll get you the right people for the job. You may need painters, or help touching up any scuff marks on the walls or fixing any loose handles, perhaps a professional cleaning service to come in and freshen the place up before showings.

Once the conditions of the home are ready according to industry standards, it's time for the fun part... staging the home for showings!

Dynamic Downsizers has a team of professional interior decorators, we'll evaluate the current home's look and feel to decide whether we would like to buy or rent some items, or just reorganize the belongings you have in a new way that will drum up interest from potential buyers.

+ Pick & Pack Your Belongings

We study your floor plans and help you pick the belongings you can bring to your new home, so there's no second guessing on what will or won't fit comfortably in your new space!

Then, we will pack your possessions and label your boxes for you. On moving day, your boxes will be ready for the movers to grab and go!

+ Your Moving Day

Now that you've downsized your belongings, how are you going to make the move? Do you have family that can help you load and unload a truck, or do you require a full-service moving company to help?

There are plenty of options, and as your move managers we will coordinate all the logistics from hiring and scheduling movers, elevator bookings, mobile storage unit arrangements, and anything else you need to make sure your downsizing process goes according to plan! And, don't worry, we'll be there the day of your move to see that your belongings remain organized and arrive to your new place safely.

+ Unpack & Personalize Your Home

On the day of your move, our team will unpack your belongings, and personalize your new place by the end of your moving day! We make your bed, stack your dishes in reach, and thoughtfully display your art and decor.

+ Estate Clearing

It's a difficult task to clear a loved one's estate. You can count on our compassionate team to work with you and your family members. We will sort and organize the belongings and take care of the items that can be sold, re-purposed, donated, and disposed for you.

We also don't mind packing the items and facilitating delivering any of the memories to the respective beneficiaries. Spend the well-needed time with your family, while we take care of the rest.
